How we build caps kit
A custom cap lives or dies on the digitising. The same logo file that embroiders cleanly on a flat jersey panel will often turn to mush on a curved crown, because the stitch has to travel over a seam and a stiffener. We re-digitise for the cap rather than reusing the jersey file.
Structured six-panel caps hold a crest flat and read sharpest; unstructured and dad-cap styles are softer and more casual. Snapback, strapback and fitted closures are all available. 3D puff embroidery lifts a simple mark off the front; flat stitch handles finer detail.

A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.

- Yes. We match from a Pantone reference rather than eyeballing it, and hold that reference across every piece in the order — jerseys, shorts, caps and bags — so the programme reads as one thing instead of five near-misses.
- What is the minimum order for custom caps kit?
- Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
- How do I get a caps mockup?
- Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.
