Where Teams Are Made

YOUR TEAM'S KIT.
.DESIGNED
.BUILT
.DELIVERED

Send us your crest and a rough count. Our team drafts your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, and with nothing to sign.

What we make.

Team kit, everyday apparel and the bits that go with it. If your sport isn't listed, ask anyway — most kit is the same problem in a different shape.

Asking costs you nothing.

You do not need to know what you want yet. Most people who write to us don't.

A designer, not a template

Send us a rough crest, a sketch, or a photo of last season's shirt. A person draws it properly — you are not dragging clip art around a builder at midnight.

You approve before we cut

Nothing goes into production until you have said yes. Revise the mockup as many times as you like, at no charge. Over 50 pieces, we'll make you a physical sample first.

You don't need the jargon

Sublimation, DTF, embroidery, screen print — which one is right is our problem, not yours. Tell us the sport, the budget and the date, and we'll recommend it.

Every technique. One standard.

Which one is right for your kit depends on the fabric, the artwork and the run size. You do not have to work that out — tell us the job and we will recommend it.

WE BUILD AND SHIP

Cut, sewn, quality-checked and packed by the same people who drew it.

We are not a print shop with a website.

Your kit is drawn by a person, made under the same roof, and checked by the same people who drew it. Nobody hands it off.

We don't outsource your identity.

The Thread Yard Logo

If it isn't right, we remake it.

Not a returns policy in a footer. The whole order, remade, because a kit that is nearly right is a kit nobody wants to wear.

Common questions.

Straight answers to the things teams usually ask us before they start an order.

More answers
We do. We own our manufacturing facility, which means we control the process from the first cut to the final stitch. You aren't buying from a broker who outsources to the lowest bidder.
Yes. Send a Pantone code or a physical swatch. We mix the ink and run tests in-house until it matches exactly. You will see photographic proof before we run the full order.
Yes. For orders over 50 pieces, we build and send a physical pre-production sample for your sign-off. For smaller runs, our digital proofs are exact to the millimeter.
It is a flat promise: if the kit delivered does not match the proof you approved, we remake it at our cost. No arguments, no fine print.
