Custom baseball jerseys are the most tradition-bound garment we make, and the details matter to people who know them. Full-button with a rib collar, two-button henley, or a modern raglan pullover — each has a different placket construction and a different way the number sits on the back.
Colour matching is where baseball orders usually get difficult, because the classic palettes are specific and a near-miss reads immediately as wrong. We match from a Pantone reference rather than eyeballing it. Piping, soutache and contrast plackets are all available, and lettering can be twill-stitched or sublimated depending on the look you want.

Piping, soutache and contrast plackets are all available, and lettering can be twill-stitched or sublimated depending on the look you want. A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.

- What is the minimum order for custom baseball kit?
- Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
- How do I get a baseball mockup?
- Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.
