A custom tracksuit has to work as two garments and as one look. Most stock sets fail on the second: the jacket and the pant come from different blocks and the colour blocks do not line up when the set is worn together. We pattern both together so the panel lines meet at the waist.
Jackets are built with a full-length zip and a stand collar or hood, in a woven shell or a knit depending on whether the priority is wind resistance or comfort. Pants match, with a zip ankle for pulling over footwear. Sublimated panels let a design run across both pieces.

A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.

- What is the minimum order for custom tracksuits kit?
- Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
- How do I get a tracksuits mockup?
- Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.
