Softball kit is patterned differently from baseball, and stock suppliers frequently ignore that. Custom softball uniforms from us are cut on a women's block through the shoulder, bust and waist rather than being a scaled-down men's jersey, which is the single most common complaint we hear about kit bought elsewhere.
Jerseys run in full-button, two-button or racerback depending on the programme. Pants and knickers are built in a stretch twill with a reinforced seat. Sublimation handles fades, splatter patterns and panel designs; twill handles the traditional look. Both are stitched at the same bench.

A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.

- Yes. We match from a Pantone reference rather than eyeballing it, and hold that reference across every piece in the order — jerseys, shorts, caps and bags — so the programme reads as one thing instead of five near-misses.
- What is the minimum order for custom softball kit?
- Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
- How do I get a softball mockup?
- Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.
