How we build soccer kit
Custom soccer kit lives or dies on breathability and cut. A shirt that holds sweat gets heavy by the hour mark, and a shirt cut too generously catches on everything. We build soccer jerseys in a lightweight interlock or micro-mesh polyester and pattern them close through the body with room across the shoulder.
Full sublimation is the standard here because it lets a design wrap seams without a break — gradients, panel prints, sponsor blocks and sleeve stripes all print continuous. Names and numbers go on in the same pass, so there is no applied layer to lift. Shorts and socks are matched from the same colour reference.

- Lightweight interlock or micro-mesh, chosen for climate
- Full-garment sublimation — designs wrap seams without a break
- Squad numbering and names printed, not heat-applied
- Matching shorts and socks from one colour reference
Soccer kit, answered
- What makes your soccer kit different from decorated blanks?
- Full sublimation is the standard here because it lets a design wrap seams without a break — gradients, panel prints, sponsor blocks and sleeve stripes all print continuous. Names and numbers go on in the same pass, so there is no applied layer to lift. Shorts and socks are matched from the same colour reference. A decorated blank cannot change any of that — you get the cut and the fabric the blank came in, with a logo applied on top.
- Can you match our exact soccer team colours?
- Yes. We match from a Pantone reference rather than eyeballing it, and hold that reference across every piece in the order — jerseys, shorts, caps and bags — so the programme reads as one thing instead of five near-misses.
- What is the minimum order for custom soccer kit?
- Orders run from 12 pieces to 5,000, and the construction does not change with the count. Individual pieces carry their own minimum, which is listed on each one. Over 50 pieces we make a physical sample before the run starts.
- How do I get a soccer mockup?
- Send your crest, your colours and a rough count. A designer draws your kit and emails it back within 24 hours — free, with nothing signed. Revise it as many times as you like; nothing goes into production until you say yes.
More sports we cut for
If your sport is not listed, ask anyway — most kit is the same problem in a different shape, and we pattern to the game rather than to a catalogue.
